Folder transfer takes too long - user loses access
Currently when content is transferred from one owner to another owner, collaborators lose access to the transferred content until the move is complete. Depending on the size of the move it can be an extended period until collaborators can access the content

We are actively evaluating the feasibility of this.

This has impacted us several times, causing panicked calls to support that "all the things are gone!"
If this cannot be fixed then better UI is a must, eg everything is still there but greyed out with a tooltip explaining why.
