An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentednope, not the only one. being forced to have shield alerts only sent to co-admins is ridiculous especially for any org that has a case management system.
Or, we can create a co-admin just to be able to send email from, seems like poor security practice on Box to require a user account for a alert emailAnonymous supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedas a security engineer I need to be able to download the files Box marked as malicious and run it thru our software to verify or clear the file's malicious status. But the only way I can do that is to mark the file safe for everyone, download it and then mark it malicious again. But while its marked safe, anyone can download it.
We need a way to leave it marked malicious while we download and analyze it.Anonymous supported this idea · -

We are investigating the best options to implement this into our Threat Detection alerts and dashboard.

Thank you for this suggestion. I understand the use case. However, we do not plan to accommodate that level of customization at this time.

Due to other higher priority initiatives, this is not prioritized at this time.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedWe need a way to customize the this window. We have a lot of customers getting confused by this. They see ‘Continue’ as a button, but ‘Not part of [Company]’ isn’t a button so they miss it and just click ‘Continue’.
I would like them both look like buttons so they see it’s a clear choice between two.

Seems like poor security practice on Box to require an admin account for an email alert. Any org that uses an IT ticketing system should be able to send Shield alerts direct to the ticketing system without creating an admin account in Box
