Thank you for the submission. We are currently collecting use cases and feature requests for the Box Embed widget, and are considering it for update in a future planning cycle. We do not have a timeline for this at present, but ask you to continue to submit feedback here in the meantime.

Currently we have below limitation and we want this to be improved to support mobile browsers:
Limitations
Box Embed is not optimized for mobile browsers and should not be used in web experiences designed for mobile devices. Many UI elements, like the download and print options might not show in mobile browsers. -

Users are not getting prompted to re-authenticate after the enterprise changed SSO providers. We would like an ability to force the reauthentication process into Box Drive.

We are going to prioritize making the login page more intuitive rather than providing customization capability.

Certain access methods do not present custom login message.
Users see custom login message when they access Box using the company login page.
However any user logging in from box.com get redirected directly to our SSO services and do not see the custom login message.
In addition all third party entities accessing shared documents via their own Box account do not see the custom login message.
We need to be able for users to always see the custom login message no matter how they access the Box tenant.

Customer use Box for Office on Windows Server on XenApp enviroment. Box Drive is not compatible with Windows server. Therefore, cannot select images on Box.

We are not planning to implement controls around this in Box Sync. You may consider trying Box Drive to see if that improves the resource utilization issue. Since it only uses bandwidth for content users access, it may help to improve things here.

When the user move from the folder sharing with collaborators (the folder’s owner is others) to the private folder on Box Drive, it occur an error after a while. I think I want to inform the user prompty before doing that if their operation is wrong.
Please display an alert like same as operation on web UI before the user try to move folders on Box Drive.
