Automatic notifications of the workflow
The system doesn't allow the ability to change or edit workflows created by another person. So, if a person creates a workflow and then leaves a company, all the notifications go to the new person included in the system.
0 votesThis feature allows runtime changes by the workflow owner or enterprise admin. Thanks!

Show Global Templates in the Web App Filtered Search Panel
Only enterprise-created templates show up in the search panel of the web application (legacy or Amsterdam). Adding the DICOM template would be useful for Healthcare customers using Box DICOM.

Icon Indication of a File Marked as "Favorite" at the Folder Level
"When a file is marked as a favorite, there is no way to tell it is a favorite within the folder. You need to either click on ALL favorites, or look at the properties." If there was an icon indicating that a file has been marked as a Favorite, I believe that it will be easier to find.
0 votesThis is currently possible. If you select a file, you can see whether it is favorited in the star next to it’s name above the file list.

Shared Link Details: Add 'Date Created' Column
The Shared Link Details report is a great report currently that provides admins a wealth of information when performing an 'inventory' or security review of all existing shared links.
One additional column that would be very helpful to include is a 'Date Created' column that would provide a date entry for each shared link. This information is currently reported in Usage Logs, but is essentially impossible for an admin to correlate between the Shared Link Details report and the Usage Logs export for 'Item Shared' entries.
Add a 'Date Created' column to the Shared Link Details report.

Security Report: Log when apps are disabled/enabled in the Admin Console
Currently, when admins/co-admins mark apps as 'available' or 'disabled' in the Admin Console -> Enterprise Settings -> Apps page, no reporting event is triggered, meaning companies have no way to self-identify who enabled/disabled which applications/endpoints, and this is a major security concern for some customers.
REQUEST: Add entries to the Security Report in the admin console whenever:
1. A published app's status is changed between Available, Disabled, and Added by Default (via the Enterprise Settings -> Apps page)
2. An API key is added/removed from the Unpublished Applications Whitelist field on Enterprise Settings -> Apps14 votesWe are happy to announce that we have addressed this request. Details are available in the announcement.

More efficient way to get metadata on files in search
Search by metadata returns a list of files. That list isn't much use without knowing the metadata it matched. To use Box's metadata for anything past the initial search query that's related to display, each individual search result must be queried for its metadata.
4 votesWe are now in the process of rolling out the new Metadata Query capability to all Box enterprises and expect to be complete by the end of June 2020.

Show Current Folder Location (Instead of Top of 'All Files') as Default in the 'Move / Copy' Modal
In the former Web App UI, the Move / Copy pop-up (modal) always started off in the current location within the user's folder tree. In the new UI, this behavior was changed to always start the Move / Copy modal off at the top of the user's All Files list - no longer auto-navigating to the current location where the Move / Copy is originating from. REQUEST: Revert this change as it is now relatively challenging to move an item between subfolders in a given folder tree.
