Shared Link Details: Add 'Date Created' Column
The Shared Link Details report is a great report currently that provides admins a wealth of information when performing an 'inventory' or security review of all existing shared links.
One additional column that would be very helpful to include is a 'Date Created' column that would provide a date entry for each shared link. This information is currently reported in Usage Logs, but is essentially impossible for an admin to correlate between the Shared Link Details report and the Usage Logs export for 'Item Shared' entries.
Add a 'Date Created' column to the Shared Link Details report.
This would be helpful to admins to be able to know how long a link has been sitting out there -- especially for open shared links. With a date created in the Shared Link Details report, we can then implement a quarterly/etc. process to run that report, filter by old shared links, and make decisions from there.

+1 to Sandy's suggestion. We want to know who created the link, too.

Having information of who created the shared links in Shared Links Details report is also indispensable since not all link creators are the owner of the files/folders of which the links are created.
Yes it it possible to track shared link creators from Activity report, but having this information together in one report of all active shared links would help us to take further actions (like contacting the creator to set expiry date or set password etc.) and also to check “unwanted” links e.g. when a lot of links are created by one user in short time. -

Please include the link creator as well.

As others have said, for an admin to be able to determine the shared link creation date and shared link last-accessed time easily is essential for IT-driven security.
For users to manage their own security, they need easy visibility into this too; but today there's not even a good way for a user to track down all of his existing shared links. Please help end users as well as admins!

I'll second Jane's comment below. Having a collaboration tool that's designed to let users self-service there needs, is great because it removes IT as bottleneck. But having no user level reports, thus requiring IT to be involved in all report requests reintroduces that bottleneck. Box needs to think this through so that the user can address these issues themselves.

I second what Ian said about last time the URL was accessed (and by whom). This will be key for security audits instead of having to check each link individually. It would also be HUGE to have users be able to run their own reports.

The other thing that’d be really useful is data pertaining to the last time that URL was accessed.

Given the recent reports flying around security websites it is incumbent upon enterprises to do what they can to enforce good shared link hygiene. We want our users to use shared links as long as they need them, but we want them to review their links from time to time. Ideally I'd like end users to be able to run their own link reports, but absent that, we will notify them of their open links and ask them to review them. With a 'created date' field, both in the report and available via API, we can not only target the oldest links, but give users a sense of the age of their links.

We want shared links created date also via API.
