    It would be useful for co-admins to view the enterprise trash and search for files deleted by other users.

    I agree. It would also be great if we could search shield alerts by file name to make identifying historical detection allot easier.

    Thanks for the feedback! Users already have the ability to selectively sync (mark content for offline access) today in Box Drive. What I believe you’re asking for is a curated view of content you select to show up in Box Drive. That’s something we’re considering as we think about how to solve the content sprawl issue in Box Drive.

    This feature was delivered for Windows in Box Drive v2.25!
    Users can now quickly preview of files in Explorer and Box Drive search without having to open these files. 


    This feature is under consideration for macOS devices.
