We’ve been focusing on making the following improvement to Box Groups instead: allowing external users to be added to groups (https://pulse.box.com/forums/909778/suggestions/35982226) and using groups for granting access to apps and enterprise settings (https://pulse.box.com/forums/909778/suggestions/36670615).

I love that Box doesn’t retain Box AI interactions from a security standpoint—super thoughtful. That said, it’d still be really helpful to have a visible history. Right now, if users want to save their questions to Box AI and the responses, they have to copy and paste. Copying responses is easy with the UI button, but there’s no copy button for the question itself, which makes it pretty inconvenient. How about keeping a thread-style history in the document’s Activity panel? Only collaborators on that doc can see it, so it should be secure. Even better, don’t save everything by default—let users selectively save the interactions they want with a simple button in the UI.
