As part of the usability enhancements rolling out in the update noted here here – https://community.box.com/t5/Box-Product-Updates/Simplified-Sharing-Public-Beta/idi-p/64620 – we updated the Activity sidebar in Preview to sort comments with the latest comment at the bottom, aligning with the comment composer’s location at the bottom and to make way for future updates planned for the sidebar. As a result, we don’t plan to change sort order.

This impacts many of our laptop users that can't expand the height of their browser anymore. In list view, files 1,2, 3,4,5 have no options to Open, Share, Upload, Download since those options in the menu bar get cut off.

Hi all,
We are currently working on the ability to hide certain folders in Box Drive on your desktop, allowing you to see only the folders that are important to you.
We will keep you updated on our progress here.

As an admin, I would love the capability to specify what folders can be accessed in Box Drive. I currently do not allow Box Drive in my org specifically since I can't control that.

I've seen this feedback by many in my company too that searching by "uploader/creator" or "updated by" would be very helpful for them.

This is incredibly important for my company to even consider using Box for content review of PDF files.
