    Control+F may help to provide some of the functionality being described however, I believe a Box-built word search feature would still be needed for Box Notes when accessing from the mobile app.

    We programmatically place several custom Box Note templates across our folder structure and we had to disregard the functionality of annotations within a Note for these because they are stripped out when copying the Note to a new location. If annotations were held when copying we can add a whole additional layer of guidance/descriptive communication within the templates.

    Thanks for the feedback and please do keep it coming. Support for offline access for Notes is not currently on our roadmap, however we are researching possible technical solutions and will revisit in the future.

    We are planning on adding the ability to resolve comments in the future, but do not have the ability to like comments as part of the roadmap.
