    Currently we’re not looking to store email backups in Box. However, we are investigating the idea of attaching emails to specific documents that would give more context to the document/file.

    The Delete & Transfer Content is insufficient because it only transfer ownership of folders the inactive user owns. It doesn't transfer their other collaborative permissions such as folders where they are an editor or co-owner.

    We understand the request, but unfortunately this is not on the near-term roadmap. We are currently prioritizing automatically locking/unlocking files on Box Drive for Office files on Windows. We will revisit this feature in the future.
