    Yes please. We have large folders that users need to be editors of, and sometimes they get moved or deleted. The aftermath is always very stressful. We have some kind of UI element to check that would Lock a top level folder in place.

    Support for Spotlight on macOS is out with the release of version 2.53 (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/53361463306515-Box-Drive-v2-53-Release-Notes).


    The request will be left in the "gathering feedback" stage, as Finder/File Explorer search functionality does remain limited.

    If you're using a mac, you can just use raycast to do that.
