Admin reports should differentiate between MFO and Downloads

MFO actions are logged in User Activity Reports as Downloads. However, since MFO is completely a local setting, there currently isn't any logging within the Admin Console that will distinguish between regular downloads and MFO downloads.

We want a way for admin to know if there is MFOed items on user’s machine.

    This is a serious reporting issue affecting both Box reporting, which becomes more useless because of this as well as CASB monitoring tools.
