    agree with all other comments, we have enabled a company wide policy that emails should be backed up to Box for Data Protection and Information security reasons.
    Its been difficult to get buy in from staff as the .eml and .msg files are hard to manage in Box
    to have better integration for both file types would be a huge step forward.

    I had the same issue when I started with Canvas I thought the Mouse Navigation mode was not working as it was not obvious to me that the pointer tool had to be deselected.
