Hoping this will be implemented. This is totally not aligned with the Teams/Onedrive native functions. It makes it hard to make BOX the default storage environment and block OneDrive.
Content Sprawl is a pain point in BOX by default and this way of sharing files in one to one chats exacerbates this pain point.

Thanks for the suggestion! We are looking at how to improve content sprawl on Drive. We will be considering Collections as a possible path (among other options), but don’t have a change planned in the near-term.

Today in BOX Sign we have recipient groups where as the sender can send a document to a group of people. The first one of the group to sign validates the signature. But that let's the sender kind of decide delegates for the signature of a document.
Is it possible for the recipient to define a delegate indefinetly, or for a period of time. That delegate would be able to sign on his behalf but with their own credentials. This is available in DocuSign for example
