Thanks for the suggestion! We are currently gathering feedback on Collections in order to prioritize future enhancements. This is not planned right now, but may be considered in a future cycle.

Thanks for the feedback. Collections are going to remain as personalized views in the near future. We may revisit this down the road.
An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedOh, also. Being able to push out collections as an admin based on groups would be Amazing!
An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedWe work in a production environment and would like for instance a producer to collect all the assets for a job, and then be able to share that 'collection' with the users working on the project. Obviously, this is something you could do by sharing multiple links, but a collection would also allow the 'selection' to be live. So if an asset is added at a later date it would also appear for the entire team.
ONE note about this. I have had similar features with DAMs, and while the were invaluable to the company's productivity...in environments where the admin couldn't clear these out or further manage these — they did build up. I second cweatherup's comment about allowing admin's to see and manage these (much like relays). Ideally, I'd want to edit...but at least deactivate/remove.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re exploring introducing new cascading triggers or system-wide workflows which would address this issue.

We understand the request, but unfortunately this is not on the near-term roadmap.

This 1000%. I really want to encourage tagging to enable workflows. However by it being buried in a submenu, no one is going to use it except power users in a dedicated worklfow.
For example, I would love for my art directors to be able to chose their favorite pictures from a photoshoot. But it takes several clicks to add a tag. That is cumbersome, for any user. But especially for visual users. They aren't going to click into submenus. It should be MUCH easier. Other ideas:
A tag field is always right by/below the file name to enable easier 'hashtagging'
Once a tag has been entered in a folder, it appears somewhere on the page and can be easily dragged onto other files?
In general (especially in thumbnail view) I think there should be a few more fields visible (almost like a contact sheet) that is pulled from metadata and or tagging. And these could be easily editable.
