    Thank you for the feedback. We understand that the current permissions behavior for Box Notes images is not necessarily intuitive, and are actively looking into ways to improve that user experience. We don’t yet have a timeline for delivery, but will update here when its available.

    For now, we are focussed on solving bulk management issues with Shared Links.

    Box Shield is an additional option for enforcing granular controls on content.

    e.g. if enterprise default shared link setting is "People in this file/folder", allow certain groups to have a default of "People in this company"

    We want the ability for "incognito mode" essentially, when a manager may need to view a specific users documents without the user knowing.

    If users can't remember whether they have an account or can't remember their password, sometimes they try the reset password. Currently, entering any text with an "@" in the middle will give the same confirmation page that an email has been sent. The current default messaging advises those who haven't received the email to 1) check their spam or 2) try a different email. I would suggest adding additional messaging around the *possibility* of there never being an account in the first place. e.g. "If an account was found, an email has been sent" or "Another reason why you may not have received an email is.."
