We are not planning releasing bulk delete functionality at this time since we are focusing our efforts on building faster and more usable users pages. We will revisit this feature request next year.

This suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap. We are currently focusing on improving the user interface and performance before we add customizations to bulk add.

Enhancements to the Bulk Add/Edit feature are not currently on the roadmap, but will keep track of this request and consider prioritizing if many customers are requesting it. User status can be edited via API or SAML

This limitation is due to Microsoft’s platform not allowing integrations to surface as messaging extensions (Box icon to upload and share documents). Until Microsoft supports this for third parties, Box is unable to deliver this functionality. We are working with Microsoft but there is no timeline for delivery at this point.

We’ve been focusing on making the following improvement to Box Groups instead: allowing external users to be added to groups (https://pulse.box.com/forums/909778/suggestions/35982226) and using groups for granting access to apps and enterprise settings (https://pulse.box.com/forums/909778/suggestions/36670615).

This would be a big improvement for us, right now I have to manually run reports to find users not in our "global user group" and manually add them each week.
