Need to be able to run user activity report for Box users that were deleted
Need to be able to run reports for user activity for user account that have been deleted. Once a user is deleted I can't run any historical user activity in case there is any request for that information.

This has come up in the context of research and academic integrity investigations after a person has left. It can also come up in patent law cases, where it can be critical to establishing disclosure of intellectual property.

Not being able to pull reports on specific deleted users makes post-exit audits of user activity almost impossible.

Our organisation would see this as very beneficial. That via the user activity report we could report on all our users regardless of status. The way to do this now is too complicated based on if we have information on a file they may have accessed and a timeline, Or pulling all user activity and then filtering, The information is all there, It would make it much easier that if I placed in there email it should return there activity. Please look into this, thank you

Not being able to continue to audit and filter by deleted user's emailid to pull activity reports is a huge drawback of deleting users to clean up the user accounts for licensing. There is definitely an admin need to get this addressed. It is not practical to download an enormous amount of activity data to then go again filter. Also, there is workbook limitations on how much data you can load into excel. It would be Great if Box still allowed the deleted users emailid or upon to filter to easily pull reports.
