This does sound like a huge burden for admins and I’d like to hear more about how you’d use existing AD groups to grant co-admin permissions. We are looking into extending our APIs to allow admins to set co-admin permissions, which may alleviate the pain of setting the permissions manually.
However, we don’t currently have any plans to take the AD groups and map them to co-admin permissions at this time.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedFor example when a managed user Shares to an external user (who happens to use the same email domain but is not a part of our organization) I would like the email link that they are sent to prompt them to create a FREE Box account NOT be added to our Enterprise automatically.
There should be a setting in our Enterprise that allows me to toggle on or off the custom sign in/sign up link that is presented to the recipient of a Share email.
Not everyone with the same domain is part of the same organization.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedThere needs to be a way that I, as an admin for an Enterprise, can stop the auto sign up of people with the same domain. We are a part of the state, but NOT the entire state. If my managed users invite someone (with the same domain but not the same agency) to collaborate, Box automatically signs them up under our Enterprise . This wastes my time and theirs as I have to delete the account and instruct them to create a free Box account BEFORE they accept the invitation to collaborate, then we have to go back to the original sender of the invitation to have them resend it. The ability to turn off auto signup would save time and effort.

While we understand the value of such feature, we are currently focused on improving the upload experience to make the ingestion of media files faster.

locating what folder the File Request URL is for is extremely time consuming, this suggestion would help tremendously.
