There needs to be a way that I, as an admin for an Enterprise, can stop the auto sign up of people with the same domain. We are a part of the state, but NOT the entire state. If my managed users invite someone (with the same domain but not the same agency) to collaborate, Box automatically signs them up under our Enterprise . This wastes my time and theirs as I have to delete the account and instruct them to create a free Box account BEFORE they accept the invitation to collaborate, then we have to go back to the original sender of the invitation to have them resend it. The ability to turn off auto signup would save time and effort.

While we understand the value of such feature, we are currently focused on improving the upload experience to make the ingestion of media files faster.

For example when a managed user Shares to an external user (who happens to use the same email domain but is not a part of our organization) I would like the email link that they are sent to prompt them to create a FREE Box account NOT be added to our Enterprise automatically.
There should be a setting in our Enterprise that allows me to toggle on or off the custom sign in/sign up link that is presented to the recipient of a Share email.
Not everyone with the same domain is part of the same organization.
