There is only a single report for Box Sign at this moment and it shows almost nothing of value. Box should enable full reporting against the entire spectrum of available metadata for all Box Sign documents. You can refer to the reporting capabilities of the competition to see what I am referring to.

How are you OCR'ing the PDFS? For years we have had no issues searching on OCR'd PDFS. Whether we create them through our scanners or through Acrobat, they are always searchable. The only caveat is that not every OCR scan is clean. If the text is skewed or misproportioned, the OCR'd PDF library layer can be missing words or have incorrect text.

Unfortunately this is not on the near-term roadmap, that being said this is a very interesting request which we may consider in the mid-long term.

This is now essential for us. At present I have to create this convoluted wack-a-doodle policy to make it nearly impossible but persistent users in those groups can still meet my demands and install it. Just give me a check box for Box Drive that lets me disable or enable for certain groups since we no longer allow consultants to use it. Thanks!!
