    This is not something that we have on the roadmap for the foreseeable future. Notifications were suppressed for these items and we will be investigating different ways to make problem items in general more discoverable.

    Thanks for the suggestion! While I definitely see the usefulness of being able to export a report of collaborators on an item, we don’t plan to launch this feature in the near term as we’re focused on other various collaboration improvements.

    We are not currently planning to implement this feature within search. Containing folder information will continue to be available through file previews and in the browse view.

    I would like to request one-click feature which is to Copy the folder structure breadcrumbs (similar to Copy shared links).
    Sometimes we want to inform other users of the location of the file/folder instead of the direct URL or links.

    I would like to second the idea for ‘external only’ filter, if it is not possible to select multiple collaborators and change their permissions at once.
    It is not effecient to change multiple collaborators one by one, especially for large number of collaborators who are invited individually (not as a group)

    You can disable notifications through OS controls for Box Drive. That being said, we are working on improving error handling in Drive to address the root problems and hopefully lead you to disabling notifications as they are an important part of our UX!
