   User Events in an external folder which is available through the API should also be available in the user activity report.
   Especially, User Events (copy, move, upload) taken by their managed users from their EID (or their PC) into outbound collaborated folder (grey folder).

    We are on track towards fixing this. We have made significant improvements in our Files, and Folder counts and their related sizes. They now happen in a near realtime speed and we also have a redundant process that runs and fixes these counts nightly. The current improvements are visible in most of your folders browsing experience and the enterprise level counts. We are in process of fixing counts that you can see for a given user, this will release in Calendar year 2024'Q3. There are also few minor improvements planned for the last quarter of the year.

    Good morning, Box supports 'HTTP Range Headers' for downloads that allow Browsers or any compatible client to request ranges of the data instead of the full file at once. This allows browsers to pause and resume downloads from Box. More details about HTTP Range Headers here: developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/R.
