I request to study enabling "DWG" files for preview in your system as it will be useful to let huge numbers of engineers to join yours system
that files opened by AutoCad Program in PC windows but we faced difficult to preview in web box system without download , and also will be faster via Phones

Check for particular trusted root certificate with Device Trust

Box Drive should be compatible with Hibun DLP
Customers using security products Hibun DLP (https://www.hitachi-solutions.com/hibun/sp/) may see unexpected behavior with Box Drive. And Hibun doesn't have an exclusion mechanism. Therefore Box Drive should be compatible with Hibun DLP

Add a date/time stamp when a task is completed or declined
The task manager should be able to see in the comments the date and time when a task was completed or declined.

Request File Marked Malicious Error in Box Web App UI and api
Constant monitoring the "enterprise events adminlogs" for FILEMARKEDMALICIOUS events is not feasible for our application. Request is to add filemarkedmalicious error, similar to filesizelimitexceeded error, so that the user the can be instantly notified of potential problem at file upload time for best user experience.
Instant notification is available today in our application, without this ability our users would see a degradation in their app experience.

Box for Gmail - ability to select which attachments in an email to save to Box
This is so that users can save attachments in different folders or save only needed attachments, rather than all
8 votesWhen saving Gmail attachments to Box, you now have the option to de-select attachments. This allows you to selectively choose what attachment are saved rather than have all attachments be saved to Box.

Device Trust: Need option to exclude Webapp from Device Trust
Currently, when user try to enable Device Trust for Box for Office, they will need to enable "Desktop Web App & 3rd Party Apps", which enables Device Trust on Webapp too. Need a way to exclude Webapp from Device Trust when device trust for Box for Office is enabled.

Additional Device Trust granularity
We would like to do an ownership check (domain or cert presence) for certain groups of users but not ALL users. We would like variability by user/group: e.g. users to touch tax documents must work on company-owned device, while most employees must have non-ownership checks (like disk encryption).

Send notifications to multiple emails
We have a separate instance for managed external users. Because they have to create a dummy email for these externals, the email is not one that is able to receive notifications. They would like the ability to tack on working emails (without the unique email constraint) so that these users can still receive email notifications.
9 votesThis feature, called the Alternate Notification Email, was delivered as an opt-in experience in the Admin Console on Sept 25, 2019. We also support developer APIs for admins who need to configure emails programatically. Show My Recent files in Box for Gmail by default
Box for Gmail: Show recently accessed files and folders by default within Box for Gmail.
Oftentimes I'm attaching a file I was recently working on, so it would be nice to not click through my entire folder structure to locate the file I want to send as a link. Gmail currently does this with Google Drive.
2 votesWhen attaching files from Box to Gmail, users that have recently attached files can now see those files under Recents, and can additionally see Favorites.

Allow Customers to Enable Auto-Roll in settings on Admin Console
Allow Customers to Enable Auto-Roll in settings on Admin Console would reduce the unnecessary escalations to Box support team.
If an administrator can enable and to see the settings, the admin/co-admin keep up on what options that they are using and enabled2 votesAuto Roll-In has been released as Auto Enrollment in Admin Console under Domain Management.
