More than 100 versions allowed
We would like unlimited versioning on the web app.

Add terms_of_service_status to /Users endpoint of the Content API.
This allows Box customers to identify which users have accepted the TOS and which have not.
For Box customers that implemented TOS mid-deployment and/or for rolled in users, a non-acceptance of TOS prevents them from doing malware/DLP scanning and E-Discovery collection via the As-User API header.

Default Time zone to local machine
A significant portion of our workforce is global; however Time Zone always defaults to what is set in Admin Console (under new user default).
Request: Default Time Zone to the user's local machine, so users outside of default time zone do not have to actively change their user settings upon initial login.

Embed Widget should dynamically resize folder name truncation
Long folder names are truncated when the embed widget is too small. However if you were to then expand the widget without refreshing the page, the folder truncation doesn't refresh.

Publish Web App Release Notes to Box Community
Release notes for the webapp to show changes which impact User experience (i.e. - a significant look/feel change to a part of the UI, or a functionality/behaviour change) to be included here: https://community.box.com/t5/Release-Notes/tkb-p/releasenotes
Doing this will allow Box customers to identify changes quickly and decide themselves about which users it will impact and whether or not they need to communicate it to their users.
This will also help Box customers to triage themselves whether a change they identify is a bug or expected.

See full group name or folder name within admin console when assigning groups and folders to new user
Want to see full group or folder name when assigning them to new users. Sometimes shows part of it when hovering over it but based on naming conventions they need to see the full thing.

Add File/Folder Descriptions to the Mobile UI
Right now, descriptions added to Files or Folders (via the webapp, for example) are not exposed in the Box mobile apps.
This request is to show Descriptions in the mobile (iOS) app just as they are shown in the Web App for cross-platform consistency.

Expose in the API the ability to restrict collaboration in a folder within the company only
This would allow to disallow inviting external users based on folder metadata such as classification

Outlook: Add Box Buttons to Calendar Events
Users would like same integration that is available when creating an email to be there when creating a calendar invitation so that they can easily add documents to invites.
Essentially add the Box buttons (attach from Box, etc.) to the 'Edit Calendar Event' UI within Outlook.

Box Edit launcher 'Open with Excel' for macro-enabled spreadsheets
Currently Box Edit says a generic 'Open' for .xlsm files when it should note that it will open with Excel
