Thanks for the feedback. Adding @mention to the body of the Note is something that we believe would improve the annotations experience in BoxNotes. Although we can’t prioritize this feature at the moment, we will consider this feature when planning our future roadmap.

Because of the downstream impacts, we will not be solving this problem as requested. We will be looking at a more holistic approach to prevent unintended consequences of file operations.

Bringing this feature back will save a ton of time when managing a large amount of files in a folder. I currently have to preview, go back to the files in the folder, then relocate the file in the folder (sometimes previewing another time to confirm I have the right file) since there's no way to tell where you left off on a list.
