Users should be able to see the full file name in the IOS app. Especially IPAD. We have dozens of drawings in each project folder that have the same prefixes for file names. At this moment it's unwieldy to click through every single drawing to find the correct one.

Many external collaborators comment suspected phishing when receiving our Box collaboration invites. Not enough information is relayed in the sharing message. This causes loss of productivity.
The invite messages that external collaborators receive should be more customizable to allow company branding and preset invitation messages to relay that they are reliable.

As a systems admin and working with other system admins in our organization. This is an important distinction to separate Box Drive from Box.com web functionality.
Now as Box Drive is called Box, users get confused and also easily transit to use Box Drive when we are actively trying to discourage using Box Drive and only box.com via browser

Were experimenting this locally by mapping the ..[Username]\Box\ folder to B:\Box\ for each company user in Windows workstations. Preliminary results are positive and improve user experience. Solution is done with scripts that can be delivered via Intune.

We have an ongoing issue with Windows devices where Box Sync allows paths that are over 255 characters. This leads into syncronization issues.
Due to project access right policies and file naming conventions the length of synced folders+files can easily exceed 300 characters and will not sync.
If we could set a MAX folder+file path length to ex. 220 characters OR be able to issue warnings to users that their created path exceeds the certain length, we could make sure our work with Box Drive would be much more smooth and user experience better.
