About scaling operations using the mouse wheel

When displaying the preview screen in a web browser, using the mouse wheel will scale the entire screen along with the thumbnails and sidebar, but I would like to be able to scale only the content part.

    Yes, zooming in on PDF with mouse wheel is now impossible but it's a must.
