We really need the ability to have the file name update dynamically based on a signer field, like their name. We can do this in Docusign. This is a helpful feature so we know who is using the ready form via the email notification, without having to open the document.
Example: We have a PTO Template for employees to request time off. Right now they go to the Ready Sign and it emails HR the filled out form, but the file is PTO Template xxxxx.pdf
If we could have the signers Name fill in the file name, it could show PTO John Doe xxxxx.pdf instead and show in the email notification.An error occurred while saving the comment John Pederson

We should be able to append the file name with a field value from the signed document, like the signers name.

This is extremely aggravating that if someone types the email address of a signer that it can't be corrected after someone else earlier has already signed. Please fix this ASAP, as this causes huge issues with having to resend documents again to be signed.

When will we have the ability to request signatures or sign documents from the mobile app? If you really expect this service to replace docusign, we need mobile abilities as well please.

We should be able to have the Templates, in process and completed documents to be located in different selected folders.

This is not technically possible with the current non-persistent architecture of Box Drive.
When the ‘Box’ folder disappears (whens users quit, update, log out) Windows folder redirection creates a new ‘Box’ folder to continue to redirect content. This forks the redirection out of Box Drive.
Workarounds have been investigated heavily, but the cost to implement is too large to commit to the roadmap now.

Yes, we need this feature please. Ablity to dynamically name the file and email subject with maybe the signer's name for example would be great. If we use it for Paid Time Off requests, receivers of copies of the documents have no idea who the request is for unless they open them, so they can't search back through email to find requests if they need to in the future.
