We understand the request, but unfortunately this is not on the near-term roadmap. We are currently prioritizing automatically locking/unlocking files on Box Drive for Office files on Windows. We will revisit this feature in the future.

Glad you are enjoying the Box for Gmail integration! Unfortunately, the 25GB behavior is a limitation on the Google side, meaning Box cannot do anything to fix this. Please reach out to your Google account team to get it prioritized on their roadmap.

Our team members make extensive use of the Android and iOS Box apps in the customer interactions. Enabling the ability to edit Google files stored in Box using the Google mobile apps will improve our team member experience (which directly improves our customer's experience,) and team member productivity.

Not being able to pull reports on specific deleted users makes post-exit audits of user activity almost impossible.
