Thanks for the suggestion! We are looking at how to improve content sprawl on Drive. We will be considering Collections as a possible path (among other options), but don’t have a change planned in the near-term.

Box just marked as resolved the related issue "Root Folder Organization: Organize folders into personal subfolders even if they are not owners" (https://pulse.box.com/forums/909778-help-shape-the-future-of-box/suggestions/35984632-root-folder-organization-organize-folders-into-pe)
They pointed to Collections as the solution, making this issue even more crucial. Without Collections on Box Drive, we cannot organize our home folders, meaning the Root Folder Organization issue isn't actually solved.

In response to the "Gathering Feedback" comment posted by "Anonymous (Admin, Box)" on Feb 17, 2022: Collections are not available in Box Drive. If Box refuses to implement this feature that many people have requested for years now (ability to organize shared folders), then please at least make the supposed solution (Collections) universally available across all platforms! Even better would be to simply give the users the feature they've repeatedly requested, instead of telling them they shouldn't want it. Dropbox can do this; why can't Box?
