An error occurred while saving the comment iamwhitecavage commentedThis would be immensely beneficial for departments like HR where the information contained in the files they are sending out can be considered PII/PIA, therefor should be placed in a folder and not stored on an individual users account.

Because of the downstream impacts, we will not be solving this problem as requested. We will be looking at a more holistic approach to prevent unintended consequences of file operations.
An error occurred while saving the comment iamwhitecavage commentedFor projects that have a specific root folder setup, if the name is changed on a folder it can be extremely detrimental for organization and operational efficiencies of that project.
Locking the folder name/location can prevent mishandling of folder (for editors) who still need the ability to manipulate the contents inside of the main folders sub-folders.

Not planned for now but will keep on our radar for the future.
An error occurred while saving the comment iamwhitecavage commentedThis feature is desperately needed. Box is built for mobility yet without mobile admin functionality it drives admins to a desk and can not admin on the go.

Having distinct admin roles would be useful when trying to parse out and give our security team (which could be an admin profile) access to be able to dig in especially with shield deployed.
It would be great to give master admin to a DRI on security and let them add who they need to the "security team" run reports and view dashboards as needed.
