Ability for users to set sorting preference
Box is not longer default showing files by file name. This requires resorting of files every time I open a folder, which is hundred of times a day.
Please enable users to set the default sorting order for folders or restore the prior defaults

I could have sworn that previously all of my folders were sorted by date (most recent first) now they seem to be sorted by name. I'm not sure if something changed or I'm misremembering, but it's pretty annoying to sort a folder by update date (recent first) and then need to do it for each of the subfolders that I'm navigating through.

Absolutely agree. This constant revert back to 'updated' is very frustrating when using Box for work that needs to be reviewed in a particular order .
Please Box, give us the ability to lock the set the sorting preference, even if just for files we own.

Agreed. It confuses many of my employees, and they're not able to find what they're looking for quickly and efficiently. The ability to set a default sort preference would be awesome!

Agree. I waste a lot of time having to re-sort folders each time I navigate to a new page.

I want to retain sort by "Name, ascending" as the default, but cannot find anywhere to save it, so every time I navigate away from a folder and return to it, I have to re-sort by name again. The default seems to be "Updated, descending."
Is there a way to make this a preference? -

I always want it sorted by name, but it defaults to recent. This is incredibly frustrating for shared folders where multiple people are accessing different things all the time.
