Increase maximum file size beyond 32GB
Requests to extend maximum single file upload size beyond 32GB. Please comment with use cases and file size limit of request.

Create reports for Shield actions/tracking
Create reporting for Shield activities, including the following:
1) Classifications applied by their name (i.e. 'externalpublic used on 157 folders/files'). This would help determine popular and unpopular classifications.
2) User who applied the classification label and each time they applied one (i.e. Person A applied shield classification labels on 10/1, 10/2, 10/3, etc). Helps see who is using the labels and how frequently.
3) User and which label they applied (i.e. Person B applied the externalpublic label on 10/1, 10/2, 10/3, etc.). Helps see a combo of the above two bullets.

Conditional fields on File Request form
It'd be great to be able to have conditional fields in the File Request form so that certain fields are only exposed depending on the answer in the field(s) above.

Preview files about xdw, xbd and xct in Box for iOS.
Please support xdw, xbd and xct files in Box for iOS.
Box for iOS can preview files supported by Box, such as PDF.
However, Box for iOS can not preview xdw, xbd and xct files (*1) for the following reasons.DocuWorks Viewer Light (iOS) (*2) implements Quick Look Preview Extension.
Thus, an app can preview xdw, xbd and xct files if the app implements QLPreviewController.
Although Box for iOS has already implemented QLPreviewController, previewing xdw, xbd and xct files are not supported by Box.*1)

Classified contents report
We would like to list the contents based on the classification, to find classified contents stored in unexpected folder.

We are unable to respond when Geodetection alerts are triggered. Would greatly appreciate ability to prevent access.
We have had a # of Geodetection alerts from users with unexpected IP addresses accessing shared links. Currently, we are unable to block these users, so we can only remove files after the fact. Our security team is requesting an ability to prevent this access (potentially with an ability for admins to override and allow the access).

Seamlessly take and upload a large number of photos with Box mobile app
Please add the ability to take many photos in a row with the Box mobile app and the newly added Capture mode (widget).

relay assign workflow
When a user leaves the company, the admin (or the user) should be able to assign his workflows to someone else. So far, the admin can only deactivate a workflow. We have cases where the relay workflow has 46 steps and if the owner leaves the company, the job is lost. It is a waste of time. As well, folder problems should be highlighted if the user is replaced, thus allowing either the assignment of permissions to the folder(s) or the ability to switch to new folder(s).

home button on iOS app
When I get many folders deep into Box on iOS, it would be helpful to have a home button to go all the way back to the top of my folder structure. Currently I occasionally have to click many times to navigate back to the top.

Users can change the classification via an outcome in the relay builder

Would like to have a setting where I could hide the activity pane for all documents when iPad is in landscape mode.
I don't use the activity pane very often, but since I used my iPad docked in landscape mode with an external keyboard, the activity pane opens every time I open a document. Instead of having to minimize the activity pane each time I would prefer to have a setting where it is minimized by default and I open it only if needed.

Add "remove collaborator" option as option in a Relay workflow
In the same vein as being able to Add a collaborator as part of a Relay workflow, it would be nice to also Remove a collaborator as well. Customer would like to Add a collaborator as part of a workflow, have that collaborator do their part, then have them removed as they no longer need access to the content going forward.

Missing wakelock on Android app when playing video
When plays a video, Android app don't make a wakelock, so device goes to sleep very often, and I must do taps to prevent this! But most of taps decrease size of fullscreen video because of showing a bars by short time - very annoying, please fix this!

Skip SSO login for Microsoft Teams
Please can we implement this to save all Box + Teams users getting prompted to login to Box from Teams after every Teams launch? (Staff are using SharePoint instead of Box as the user experience is easier)

advance generation of 2nd factor authentication codes
provide an option to generate a one time code for 2 factor authentication in advance.
We have a use case where an external organisation has provided a PC in their site where our users can log in to box, however our users are not allowed to bring their own devices (phones or laptops) onto the site.
To continue using 2FA it would be useful if a user could generate a one time code in advance print it then use it as the 2nd factor when logging in to the machine proved by the external organisation.
(similar to google authenticator backup…1 voteMFA backup codes are available to use. Feel free to reach out in case you need support on the enablement.

Malicious Content False Positive Handling
When a malicious content policy has a download restriction, it would be helpful if there is a way to identify false positives in order to allow downloads when required.

filter the activity report with specific classification
We want to get the activity reports for specific classification(just like specifying the folder).
We need to audit user activities for confidential files every quarter. Current activity reports can only specify the user, date, folder and action, not classification.

Avatar API Driven Capability
Avatar —
Customer would love to have the API Driven Capability to Upload to the user’s Avatar, and might require additional API parameters like “center point” to ensure a portrait is centered.
Customer stores Avatar/Portraits of their people in centralized personnel databases, which is the key store for that data. Their users engage with it there for uniformity. Also API Driven would allow them to build Avatar Processes into their Native Mobile Apps that also impact their Box Experience in a positive manner.
They already have several workflows that output Avatar to outside systems upon change internally.

Add preview of images in WebP format
Could you be so kind to add preview of images in WebP format?
It is already supported by all major browsers (except for Safari, alas) https://caniuse.com/#search=webp I prefer it because its lossless mode consumes less disk space than PNG 24bit and it makes less noise than JPG in lossy mode. At present WebP images are displayed as general files within Box interface, whereas traditional JPG/PNG are displayed better as they have fancy thumbnails. Thank you in advance.
