Localized Box Drive UI
Users are happy with localized web UI. Many are expecting the same for Box desktop tools, especially Box Drive

Slow when folder with many files/folders is being displayed in iOS App.
As it would take long time for the folder with many files/folders to get displayed, the ask is to improve performance to show folder content faster.

Support new High Efficiency Image Format (HEIF) in Box Preview (Desktop/Mobile)
In iOS 11 Apple has changed the default camera image format from JPEG to HEIF. So, if you have an iPhone 7/8 your photos are now in a *.heic files and not *.jpg. If you try to upload a HEIC file to Box you will not be able to preview the file. Same goes for mobile. We want the ability to preview these images in Box

Improve performance of Legal Holds i.e. processing time for adding custodians to a hold
It can take up to 5 days to add 50 custodians to a legal hold. We have also been told not to add more than 50 custodians at a time to a legal hold so we can more easily track any errors (shown if the hold moves to the releasing state without being released!) We can have up to 25k custodians per year to add to Legal Holds so the backlog is becoming unmanageable and we are not happy with the performance of our product at scale.

Add folder upload support to UI Elements
Currently, Content Uploader UI Element only supports uploading files. We want the ability to expand that functionality to folders.

Legal Hold Report Improvement: Owner field, etc.
We want to define LH collections based on whether the user owns content or not. This isn't easily doable (without checking each file via script/additional API calls or manually).
Further, we don't want to collect the same file twice, which is easy to do the way the report is done today.
Users under LH with like collaborations show up as duplicate entries in the report.

"Make Current" and "Remove" action options on version history should be removed for certain permission levels
Certain options show up in the Version History modal even though clicking them leads to a generic red "Server Error" banner (since they don't have permissions to do it). This leads to user confusion - why is there an error? Why is this action even here if I shouldn't be allowed to do it?
Observed behavior (reproduced from user):
Viewer Uploader

API currently doesn't expose email addresses of non-Box uploaders who upload via email
Specifically in the context of uploading via email.
API currently does show emails of uploaders that are Box users, whether in enterprise or not. It does not show emails of uploaders that are not Box users (name shows as "Unknown User".
Webapp shows names for Box users, email addresses for non-Box users. It seems odd that the webapp would expose the email address but the API doesn't.
1 voteA field called ‘uploader_display_name’ is now available on the file object via API and documented at https://developer.box.com/reference/resources/file/. This field should contain the email address of users that upload via email or the new file-request capability. Capture in the native Box App
We would like to put together a mobile adoption plan but think it would easier for users to adopt mobile if Capture was not a secondary app, rather in the native app.
