We want to restore a file by ourselves in Box Drive, when our accidentally move/delete it.
When using Box Drive, we often move/delete file(s) by mistake!
We want easily check the history of actions taken to moved/deleted contents, in order to easily restore it to its original location in case of a mistake.

Ability to disable file preview in Box for Slack integration
Whenever I share or hyperlink a Box link in Slack, it automatically attaches a Box preview card. This clutters messages and isn’t always necessary. Could you please check whether Box’s Slack integration settings allow us to disable or limit automatic link previews? This does not seem to be a feature I can disable on my account alone.
According to Box documentation, this can be managed from the Box Admin Console → Apps → Slack Integration Settings, by disabling “Automatic link previews in Slack.”
We would like to be able to be able to individually disable the file preview.

Box Forms Input UI
When creating a form in Box Forms, it would be very helpful to be able to order questions in a configurable way or to at least be able to sort them. Currently, they are displayed in the order they were entered into Box (you can see this in the left nav bar, as well as pulldowns when selecting needed form fields), but if one were creating/managing a form over time, it becomes more difficult to track all of the form fields or to easily identify them.

When building a hub, it would be beneficial to be able to add files and folders in which you have less than owner, co-owner or editor access
Being able to add folders to view and upload files to a hub without higher (owner, co-owner, editor) access would allow much more functionality to the product.

Checklist on Box Hubs
Having a checklist or tasklist would be really helpful, that way if we had a hub for a project, then you could see the list on the side and know the status of the job.

BOX for Outlook - Saving Outlook messages in .msg and not .eml format
Outlook messages saved to BOX using the BOX for Outlook icon default to .eml format and thus cannot be previewed in BOX.
The only way to save the message in .msg format (that can be previewed) is to use Outlook's 'Save as' feature and force it to save the message in .msg format to BOX Drive. This is a very time-consuming process.

It would be good to be able to embed a simple form into a Hub to allow users to post a question or provide feedback directly in a Hub (for example, "I can't find information on X - can you please include it in the hub?")

Bulk change link permissions for subfolders and files
As it stands if you create a folder with shared link permissions to be invited people only and then you add files and subfolders, if you change the permissions of the parent folder to change to anyone in your company, they don't propagate, nor do files added after inherit the parent folders permissions which were changed previously. It would be good if when making a change that you are prompted to allow waterfall permissions to subfolders and files or to not. IP address restriction setting in admin console
We would like to be able to configure IP address restriction setting in admin console.
It cannot be set up IP address restriction without a service request to product support.

Allow us to put some sort of "Official" Badge on Hubs
Admins should be able to mark official company Hubs to distinguish them from Hubs that organically appear due to team needs. While the latter is great, it would be nice to be able to pin/mark Leadership or HR hubs, for example, to the top of the gallery.

Auto Classification policy does not work when folders are copied or moved
We would like to improve the behavior so that the auto-classification policy works correctly for files within the folder, even if the folder is copied or moved.

Currently, the Auto Classification policy works correctly when files are copied or moved, but not when folders are copied or moved.
For example, if a ".dwg" file is stored in the "Technical Information" folder, there is an automatic classification policy that assigns the label "Technical Information" (not for external collaboration).

Ability to Name Scheduled Reports
Add the ability to name the scheduled report. Currently the report is delivered as a csv file with the generic name of the report being run ie: "User Activity" and a date/time stamp. It would be very helpful to have the ability to type the name of the report so when it is delivered to me or my team the name is meaningful, and we readily know the content of the report. Add signature without needing to select default on every document
I manage 10-30 or more unique documents/invoices for accounts payable purposes on a regular basis. In DocuSign I can manage many documents, and I have 1 signature that is auto-filled for me when I add the Signature field. Although I only have 1 Saved signature In Box Sign, the extra pop-up window prompts me to select the 1 signature I have that saved in signature apply it to every document individually, resulting in additional clicks on every document. We would like to request an improvement in the synchronization speed between Box Web UI and BoxDrive so that they can be synchronized within 5 seconds.
