It is not currently prioritized in the near future. However, we are putting systems in place so that we can enable the dark mode in the future.

We are planning improvements to how we handle Japanese language queries but this work is not currently on the roadmap in the next 12 months. We will take this into consideration for the annual roadmap for next year.

We understand this use case, however it is not a current priority for the team. We will let you know if anything changes.

An error occurred while saving the comment Catherine Crookes commentedAgreed - we have to work with client systems outside of box and having the ability to export a version of the file that includes all the annotations made within box would be really helpful. Suggest this would work best if you could choose to download the file as normal without annotations (perhaps the default?) but have an extra option to export a version of the file that includes the annotations (e.g. as a PDF).

Due to other higher priorities, we are not considering this item at this time.
An error occurred while saving the comment Catherine Crookes commentedThis is a great idea. We often work with freelancers and it would be really helpful to run a check on a user like this to make sure they no longer have access to items at any location within one client folder for when they complete a contract and move to working in a different client folder.
And in a general sense, e.g. if a team member changed teams within the business, you could run a check to make sure their access has been appropriately revoked from the old folder(s).
I can't stress enough how useful/critical this function would be to my business. The filtering to include all child folders and files is available on other reports (e.g. user activity) but the collaborations report is the most important. Due to the size of our instance and company, our co-owners are responsible for managing access to top-level folders under their remit. As such, the ability to schedule a regular report (available) have it delivered directly to them (available), and it only cover the folder and children that are relevant (not available) is frankly critical to them being able to perform this function. Agree with OP that it's possible to run the report on everything and manually filter, but this needs to be - and could easily be - automatic.
