We are planning improvements to how we handle Japanese language queries but this work is not currently on the roadmap in the next 12 months. We will take this into consideration for the annual roadmap for next year.

We are definitely tracking this feature, but it is not yet on the roadmap for delivery.
How would envision managing your groups?
Would you want to sync with an existing directory, or create the Groups directly in Box?

Currently, Box allows you to set Collaborator Auto-Expiration.
However, if there are many collaboration folders or many collaborators, it may take time and effort to extend the expiration date. The collaboration may be terminated due to an oversight in the extension process.
We request the ability to automatically delete collaborators who have no activity for a certain period of time for a folder/file to which they have been invited.

現在のBoxではコラボレータに有効期限を設定することができます。
しかし、コラボレーションしているフォルダが多い場合やコラボレータが多い場合、
有効期限を延長する場合に手間が掛かり、延長作業の見落としによってコラボレーションが解除されてしまう可能性があります。
招待されているフォルダ・ファイルに対して、一定期間アクティビティが存在しないコラボレータを自動的削除する機能を要望します。
