Thanks for the suggestion. Typically updates between box.com and Box Drive should happen very quickly. If they are not, we’d recommend filing a support ticket in case there is an issue.

This would be very helpful to have so that users can more easily link Box files and can add permissions to access at the time the file is linked or minimally get a warning that a file is not shared with an intended email recipient. This will require a greater connection between Box and Google to view the email recipients.

This is a great idea. A way to separate private items and folders vs shared folders would also be a good enhancement. Try to keep the Drive app features up with the web app please.

There are times when we upload large documents and don't want the user to download. The browser search function is only able to search a portion of the document, perhaps the cached amount. We need the ability to search the full document. This is especially important for large files in regards where finding content needs to be quick and reliable.
