1. Potentially. However, the primary goal would be to merge the signed document and signing log into one document.
2. This would be good to have as optional toggle
3. It clutters the existing folder structure. This also creates a lot of headaches for relay workflows (even with the option to move a signing log or the file). For us, there are also internal guidelines that state the original document must contain all relevant information - the current setup conflicts w/ that requirement.
4. Reduced manual steps to merge or move files. No conflict w/ internal guidelines.
