An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedIt should be highlighted that this feature would support the requirement in doing business where a contract is a legally binding document and all contents of that document, including notes/comments, approvals, changes, metadata, etc. should be retained at all times; not duplicated. Alternatively, the feature could offer a prompt of “ do you want to create a separate document (or copy) to send for signature” for those that want to keep notes internally and not on a legally-binding document. In many cases, creating another document can potentially put the user/group in a position of possible fraud as they are not retaining the original document w/ the relevant content throughout the process.
