If, in the future, AI is to be used, I believe that other users will be unable to designate content for AI processing if only the owner can view the suggested tags.

In the current Hub list view, users can only sort by “Last updated” or “Views.”
Some organizations define naming rules for Hubs, and in those cases, being able to sort by “Hub name” would make the Hub view much easier for users to navigate and understand.
