I completely agree with this opinion.
As long as no status has been posted, we need to spend time isolating and identifying various issues internally, and when there is no official information, we also have to be very careful with internal communications. Of course, preventing incidents from occurring is most important, but I believe improving the speed of communication is also important.

I fully agree. Even without converting and re-saving the file’s character encoding itself, being able to select the character encoding displayed in the preview screen—such as via a drop-down menu—would significantly broaden the ways in which CSV files can be viewed. In Japanese-language environments, this issue has a substantial impact on daily operations, so I sincerely hope it will be improved.

This feature is truly necessary.
Now that the Box Drive architecture (especially on Windows) has been updated, please reconsider this once again.
