When a user is deleted, the history of all comments and tasks disappears.
Customers must keep some form of record of their past approval task history in case their account is deleted.
This will affect customer business.
Please improve the function so that the history of comments and tasks remains even after the account is completely deleted.box_support

The company expects it to take a few minutes to reflect the data to Box Drive, but this is not enough to withstand actual operation in the business.
Pressing "Refresh Folder" will resolve the issue, but I don't think it is a drastic solution in terms of improving the synchronization speed of Box Drive.
We request faster synchronization of Box Drive, such as synchronization with a reflection speed of at least 1 minute or less.
Box Driveへのデータ反映には数分程度かかることを想定しているとのことですが、これでは実運用で耐えられません。
「フォルダを更新」を押せば解消はするものの、Box Driveの同期速度向上という点で抜本的な解決ではないと思います。
少なくとも1分以内の反映速度で同期を行うなど、Box Driveの同期速度の高速化を図るような手段を要望します。
