Hi, we just had a little over 10,000 files, all together less than 51 mb in size. The download rate was 5 bytes/sec!
As a directly stored .zip, the download took 2 seconds, but you can neither view nor edit the content on box.Michael

We are definitely tracking this feature, but it is not yet on the roadmap for delivery.
How would envision managing your groups?
Would you want to sync with an existing directory, or create the Groups directly in Box?

This function is essential for 'box relay'-user.
Cause i can assign a task to a group but i can't send a notification to the same group.
This is cruel cause for example:
We have 1 relay with 1 task for a group and 1 notification for the 20 members.
We dublicate this a dozen times for different folder-structure.
Now if there's a new member, wie add him to the group and now we still have to adjust the notification in each relay.

Hi,
I agree with ist. The owner is not the only user of a workflow. But the owner gets all the additional notifications, although he often has nothing to do with it.
The tasks within a workflow are always sent in the name of the owner, although the owner is only the creator and not the actual initiator.
For me, there's no need for an option. The workflow initiator should get all feedback of the startet workflow, done.

We understand the request, but unfortunately this is not on the near-term roadmap. We will be exploring improvements and enhancements to Tasks in the next 1-2 years and will take this into consideration when we do.

In Excel Online from Microsoft (registered user) you have the option of deciding whether the view is to be changed only for yourself or for everyone.
