We are definitely tracking this feature, but it is not yet on the roadmap for delivery.
How would envision managing your groups?
Would you want to sync with an existing directory, or create the Groups directly in Box?

Currently, the "Send Notification" trigger in Box Relay does not support groups.
If you want to send notifications to multiple people, you need to specify each group.
Also, by specifying a group, you can always send notifications to the latest recipients.(In Japanese)
現在、Box Relayのトリガーとして用意されている [通知の送信] は、グループに対応していません。
そのため、複数名に通知したい場合は、それぞれ記載する必要があり、面倒なため、グループを指定できるようにしてほしいです。
また、グループ指定することで、常に最新の通知先に通知を送ることができます。 -

We would like to incorporate this into Relay as a review and tracing task by forcing notifications to specific people or groups.
It is difficult to do the above with the current e-mails being sent.
It can't be reached with a single click because there is no file name or link to the trigger folder in the email only.
Therefore, we would like to see the following improvements.
[About the image]
・It could be mistaken for spam.
・Most of the mail body is occupied by images, making it difficult to read fixed messages.
At the very least, We would like to change the image size or set the image to none.
・If the display can be customized, I'd like to put a logo or something on it to clearly identify it as a tenant environment.
[About the Footer]
・For tenant environments that do not support mobile devices, the display of links in the footer can be confusing, so we would like to be able to select the footer display.

Relayから送信される通知メールをカスタムできるようにしてほしい。
通知先を特定者またはグループに強制する事で査閲やトレース作業としてRelayに組込みたいと思っています。
現在送信されるメールで上記の運用する事は難しいです。
メールのみでファイル名をしたり、トリガーフォルダヘのリンクもないためワンクリックで到達することもできません。
そのため、以下のような改善を希望します。
[画像について]
・迷惑メールと勘違いされる可能性がある
・メールボディ部のほとんどを画像が占有し固定メッセージが読みずらい。
せめて画像サイズを変えるか画像をなしに設定したい。
・表示がカスタムできるならテナント環境と明確にわかるようにロゴ等を貼りたい。
[フッタについて]
・モバイルに対応していないテナント環境の場合フッタのリンクの表示は混乱を招いてしまうため、フッタ表示を選択できるようにしたい
