    For me this is the key:

    "I don't want to re-specify a different folder to save the request each time I create a sign request from a template."

    Just let us set new default locations for the "My Sign Requests" and "My Signed Documents" default folders.

    We’re gathering feedback to better understand how merging signed documents and signature logs into a single file could improve your workflow.


    Could you share your thoughts on the following?

    1. Would you expect all completed files, including attachments and the signature log, to be combined into a single PDF?
    2. Would you need only to merge signed files but not attachments nor signing log?
    3. What challenges have you faced with having them as separate files?
    4. How would merging the files improve your process?

    Yeah a 'stop sync' option would be great. Our team mentions this not infrequently.

    I agree this feature should be prioritized. It's very unfortunate that the response is 'not planned' with the prevalence of iPads / mobile devices in 2023. I hope you re-evaluate that decision.
