At this point, there is no short to medium-term plan to extend File Request to accept folder uploads. Please continue to upvote/add feedback so we are able to revisit the prioritization at a later time. Thanks!

As a document may have existing metadata prior to being signed, the document is flattened when sending for signature, so all of that metadata is lost. For example: Not being able to track who the signer is on an batch send to trigger the renaming of the content makes finding an executed document (think employee handbook) a very mundane task.

This is a must have and will help match feature parity with Dropbox and other solutions. Ideally, a toggle on the build side that would allow/restrict folder uploads. Similar to Forms, we should have the flexibility to limit number of files and file types. Thank you!
