I totally agree.
Once the Trash contents become invisible, you can no longer mitigate the problem by yourself.
It would be helpful if, for instance, you could specify search words or dates to filter the items in the clogged Trash. That way you should be able to delete or remove the items in question to eventually regain control.

いったんごみ箱の内容が見えなくなってしまうと、利用者自身で対処することが不可能になります。
たとえば、表示不能状態に陥ったごみ箱の内容をキーワードや日付でフィルタできれば便利だと思います。これにより問題のアイテムを削除したり移動したりして最終的にはごみ箱を正常な状態に復帰できるはずです。
