Notification if an edit is made to a file
When a user makes an edit to an excel document using Microsoft Excel Online a notification should go out just like the notifications for Download, Upload, Comments, Previews, and Deletes.

Upvoted. It would be great to receive notifications when a Box Note is updated and/or when a file is updated via Microsoft Word or Excel ONLINE in addition to when files are edited via the desktop application. Thanks for considering!

If a file is edited using the native Office application, folder notification settings will work and notify you (if desired) that the document has been edited. However, this does not work if the file is edited using an Office Online application. So notifications on edit are inconsistent. We'd love to get that consistent so I can, if desired, get a notification sent on document edit regardless of how the edit is made.
