  1. When reverting to the previous version on box, V3 → V2 = V4. I would like to keep the version name as V2 instead of V4. Is it possible?

    Thanks for the suggestion. Typically updates between box.com and Box Drive should happen very quickly. If they are not, we’d recommend filing a support ticket in case there is an issue.

    From Box when creating a new email using Box for Outlook
    If you post a shared link or download the file from box Drive.
    Right-click and select Share → Send shared link via email
    If you have not set it up in advance, the sharing destination will be "Users in your company".

    You can perform operations on Outlook or Box without opening Box on the web.
    Is there a place where I can set the shared link destination above? If you can't do it, please improve it.
