We are looking at different ways to ease the consolidation of different EIDs. However, this is unlikely to be approached from the perspective of changing branding options by groups.

I would just narrow this down to Folder level bulk management. Currently, you can bulk change links to default to the most secure setting "People in this folder" but you cannot default/change it to the other two levels.
